The brief
My role
Founder and Director. I designed the plug-in department model and its positioning.
Overview
Magnetic Keys gives developers and brokerages a full remote marketing team, led by a pod lead, with a coordinator in their office and one monthly fee. Each pod serves at most three clients, and never two rivals.
The challenge
Real estate companies in the UAE carry heavy in-house marketing payrolls and still struggle with consistent output. The offer had to explain a new operating model in seconds, then turn interest into qualified calls.

What we built
We rebuilt the site around one promise, cutting marketing payroll by 60 to 70 percent, backed by a line-by-line comparison with hiring in-house. A four-step booking flow recommends the right tier and books a call in Dubai time.
The pieces that make it work, for the people who use it every day.
One clear promise
A stencil hero with the saving cut out of the page and a film playing through the numbers.
Four-step booking
Business, department, call slot and details, with a recommended tier and a calendar invite at the end.
An honest comparison
A pricing page that compares the department, line by line, with building the same team in-house.
A built-in guardrail
The build fails if the computed saving drifts outside the promised range, so the headline can never overstate it.
Depth for search
Twelve service pages, seven emirate pages, a blog and an 87-term glossary.
Magnetic details
Iron filings that follow the cursor, a nav pill that glides between links, and case cards that fan out like a hand.
