Most of my work has started from a blank slate. I have joined businesses where marketing was fragmented, underfunded, or running without strategic ownership, and I have built the function from the inside out. That experience — spanning real estate, education, fitness, and service businesses — has made me precise about what actually moves revenue.
My approach is systems-first. I use paid acquisition, CRM automation, funnel optimization, and data reporting not as separate tactics but as connected levers inside a single growth engine. Everything gets evaluated against commercial outcomes.
