My role
Group founder. I set the buyer-first positioning and the search strategy behind the site.
Overview
Hamd Properties is a Hamd Holdings brokerage that works for the buyer across ready homes, off-plan projects, holiday homes and bed-space rentals. Its promise is simple: the full cost of buying, before you book a viewing.
The challenge
Dubai property search is crowded with listings that hide fees and recycle the same project names. To earn trust and organic search, the brokerage needed real substance: costs, prices and payment plans that a buyer can check, in English and Arabic.

What we built
We built a searchable inventory with a secure admin, an off-plan finder that writes its own landing pages from live project data, calculators for buying costs and mortgages, and area price pages built from Dubai Land Department open data.

Staff add homes, projects and rentals in a secure admin, and pages refresh themselves after each save.
